Abstract With the widespread application of electronic equipment, electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) has become a key indicator in product design and production. This paper takes the LISUN EMI-9KB EMI Receiver Test System as the research object, and analyzes in detail its technical characteristics, testing capabilities and application scenarios. The system adopts a fully enclosed structure and highly conductive materials, achieving excellent shielding effect and fundamentally solving the problem of the equipment’s own interference. Through test procedures and report formats that comply with international standards, the EMI-9KB can meet the requirements of multiple specifications such as CISPR, GB, and FCC, providing reliable support for EMC certification of electronic equipment. Actual test data shows that the measurement accuracy of the system in the 30MHz-1GHz frequency band can reach ±1.5dB, and the repeated test deviation is less than 0.8dB, demonstrating excellent stability and a...

Abstract Conducted radio frequency (RF) immunity testing is a critical component of electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) compliance, ensuring electronic equipment operates reliably in RF-polluted environments. This paper focuses on the CDNE for Conducted RF Immunity test, with a specific analysis of the LISUN CDNE-M316 Coupling and Decoupling Network. The CDNE-M316, designed to meet CISPR 15:2018 and EN 55015 standards, is optimized for testing lighting and similar equipment across a frequency range of 30 MHz to 300 MHz. This study details its technical specifications, working principle, performance characteristics, and practical application in EMC test setups. Comparative data and experimental results demonstrate its superior decoupling efficiency (>30 dB) and impedance matching (50 Ω), validating its role as a cost-effective and reliable solution for conducted RF immunity evaluations. 1. Introduction With the proliferation of wireless communication and power electronic systems, the...

Abstract With the widespread application of DC-powered electronic and electrical equipment in fields such as industrial control, automotive electronics, and renewable energy systems, the stability and reliability of these devices under abnormal power supply conditions have become crucial. Voltage dips and short interruptions at the DC power input port are common electromagnetic disturbance scenarios that can lead to equipment malfunction, data loss, or even permanent damage. To evaluate the immunity of DC-powered equipment to such disturbances, specialized testing equipment is essential. This paper focuses on the Voltage Dips and Interruptions Testers, with a specific analysis of the LISUN CSS61000-29 DC Voltage Dips and Interruptions Generator. It details the design characteristics, technical specifications, compliance standards, and application scenarios of this high-reliability device, providing a comprehensive reference for engineers and researchers engaged in electromagnetic compa...

Abstract Dust intrusion is a major threat to the reliability and service life of products in industries such as electronics, electrical engineering, and automotive manufacturing. The sand dust test chamber serves as a critical tool to simulate dusty environmental conditions, evaluate product dustproof performance, and verify compliance with industry standards. This paper focuses on the LISUN SC-010 Sand Dust Test Chamber, a representative device designed for testing the physical and functional performance of electronic and electrical products, lamps, electrical cabinets, electrical components, and automotive/motorcycle parts under simulated dust climates. It elaborates on the chamber’s compliance with IP5X and IP6X dustproof rating standards (per IEC 60529), technical specifications, test procedures, and practical applications. By analyzing test data and case studies, this paper confirms that the LISUN SC-010 Sand Dust Test Chamber provides accurate, repeatable results, supporting prod...
