The client first became aware of our testing equipment through one of its affiliated laboratories. Following an in-person visit to our showroom and testing facility, they expressed high appreciation for the quality of our products and the robustness of our after-sales service system. Impressed by what they saw, the client proactively contacted us to request further technical specifications and tailored testing solutions.
During our in-depth discussions, the client revealed plans to establish an independent laboratory dedicated to lighting product testing, featuring advanced and highly specialized capabilities. Beyond the standard photometric and colorimetric testing requirements, they also required for some environmental testing machines.
