This customer first established a partnership with LISUN back in 2019, when they purchased a set of integrating sphere testing system, and has since been a long-term trusted client of ours. In recent years, as its business scale continues to expand, product lines become increasingly diversified, and production capacity rises steadily, its testing requirements for product optical performance have also undergone significant changes: not only has the testing frequency for key indicators such as luminous flux, color temperature, and color rendering index (CRI) increased substantially, but the demand for testing accuracy has also risen simultaneously.
Driven by the urgent need to “reduce costs and improve efficiency” — aiming not only to cut down the high costs incurred by long-term reliance on third-party testing but also to shorten the testing cycle to align with the pace of production capacity — coupled with its high recognition of LISUN’s professional technology and mature solutions in the field of lighting testing, the customer took the initiative to contact LISUN again and clearly proposed a demand for in-depth cooperation. They hope to build an exclusive in-house photometric laboratory with the support of LISUN’s full-process technology. By independently controlling the testing process, they aim to flexibly shorten the testing cycle and effectively reduce long-term testing costs, thereby fully adapting to their own growing and more dynamic internal testing needs.
